HOW IT WORKS

Working with a coach can help figure out why you are not seeing results and work with you to develop a program based on your body, through multiple assessments in strength, health, stabilization, and power.
Client success rates are high because online coaching can be done at your own leisure and convenience. Trainers work with clients around their own schedule and according to their goals, needs, and lifestyle. Workout programs are written in consideration of the gym equipment and time available to the client.

COMMUNICATION
The majority of communication with your coach/trainer will be through your mobile number either through a call or text message. Emails will also be used for longer messages or initial communication.
After we review your application, one of our coaches will reach out via email to schedule a consultation call and ask further questions in order to write you a starting regimen. Once written the individual will have constant communication through call or text, along with access to free zoom meetings if further help is wanted.
TRAINING STYLES
Training will depend on your goals, needs, equipment you have available, and time. Our coaches are certified in strength and conditioning with strong success rates in weight loss, muscle gain, skill development, power, and health. Tell us your goals and anything specific you would like to learn and we will adjust your training to your style.
