All players are expected to be 15 minutes early for registration and prepped with the proper equipment before the training begins.
Any late athletes will be expected to warm-up on their own and jump straight into the current drill or exercise

This clinic is an individual based program with rotating topics to ensure progress of each athlete present. Members get access to an external chat/ schedule, weekly sessions. elite level coaching and more
