About the event
this workout will take place at Coach Q,s at home gym, entrance is through the drive though. please leave all your stuff on the bad table and leave the floor clear for all exercises. if you don't know how to use the equipment please wait for proper instruction. session will take an extra 15 minutes depending on the drills.
